The eastern ovals (closest to the railway line) are off-leash areas. All other areas including the playground area and western oval (closest to Malane Street and Beatty Crescent) are on-leash.

The off-leash ovals occupy a large area (200x 90m) and are home to a baseball field and an oval with cricket pitch and football posts. There's not a lot of shade - just a few trees around the edge. There are various bins around the perimeter. In the south east corner there is a water tap with bowl and there are bins in the south west corner near the tennis courts. On the western side of the off-leash area there is a shelter with seats and water tap with bowl.
