The northern end of Allnutt Park is off-leash, while the southern end is on-leash (including the playground, shelters, BBQs, bins, toilets, basketball court and water tap, as well the entrance from Beech Street).
The off-leash area has plenty of grassy areas (mainly on the eastern side), shady trees, seats, tables and bins. The gardens along the park borders are lovely. There is a water tap with bowl at the northern end. The off leash area is about 170m x 100m in size.
