D1 Drain Reserve Dog Off Leash Area

The dog off leash area runs for 1.7 km along a open floodway between Black Forest Road and Heaths Road. The most southern point is at 82 Black Forest Road, Werribee and the northern point is at 720 Heaths Road, Wyndham Vale. The area is 90m wide.

There is art work on the walls of the bridge across Ballan Road which is quite interesting. However there is a lot of broken glass under the bridge and this area is best avoided.

To the north of the bridge there are lots of immature trees which have been planted.

There is a unshaded table and bin near the bridge. You can also find bins along the shared use trail. No water tap.
