Murrumbeena Park Dog Off Leash Area

There are two separate off-leash areas at Murrumbeena Park. They are (1) The eastern sports ground which is not fenced and area to its north and east and (2) The open space area west of the playground along Kangaroo Road, not including the basketball area and picnic shelter.

The fenced western sports ground, playground area in the south-east corner and the open space that links to Gerald Street are all on-leash areas.

The off-leash area oval has some seats around the outside and there is also a gravel path which leads around the whole reserve (part is in the off-leash area). There is a water tap with bowl near the playground and also another water tap with bowl and bin near the cricket nets on the north side.
