There are two ovals on the west and east sides of the reserve and in the middle are pavilions with a water tap (no bowl), bins and car parks (with access from Lynden Street and also Stornoway Road).
There is a wide, elevated grassy bank on the west side of the western oval dotted with trees which overlooks the oval. There is an unshaded seat in this area. North of the eastern oval is another water tap which has a bowl. The North East corner of the reserve has a section of grassy area dotted with trees. Across the road along Lynden Street there is a playground.
