Kevin Bartlett Reserve has five sporting fields which cater for soccer, cricket and Australian rules football, plus has cricket nets and pavilions. The reserve also contains a playground, BBQ, picnic facilities, water tap and adult exercise equipment.
The park has dog on-leash and dog off-leash zones. Dogs are allowed off-leash on un-fenced sporting grounds only when the grounds are not in use for approved sporting events (including training) and must be kept on-leash within 10 metres of sporting grounds when they are in use for approved sporting events (including training).
The unfenced ovals are Fletcher 2 Soccer Field on the east side and EJ Bastow Soccer Field on the west side.
There is a water tap with bowl on the west side of the JA Loughnan oval and some bins scattered about.
