There are two off leash sections with an on-leash section in the middle which has a playground, tables, bins, water tap with bowl, basketball court and a soccer field with goals at each end.

The southern off leash section is a grassy strip with the Broadmeadows Valley Trail and Yuroke Creek running through the park. The northern off leash section is another grassy area with a gravel path which joins Rippleside a Drive where there is a bin. The off-leash area continues until you reach Dimboola Road. The total end-to-end distance is 730m.
