The 900m long dog off leash Tura Beach (also known as Short Point Beach) is south of a line drawn east from the northern boundary of property at parcel 8024 (162 Pacific Way) and north of a line drawn east from the boundary of property at parcel 37028 (Surf Circle) not including the carparks and beach access tracks. There is a lane down to a carpark beside 162 Pacific Way (northern end) and there is a carpark south of the Golf Course opposite 3 Surf Circle (southern end) which provide beach access. This area also has toilets. The beach is big but can be windswept.
