Pitt Street Reserve Dog Off Leash Area

The northern half of the Pitt Street Reserve including Little Beach on the east side south of the Stockton seawall is a designated a dog-off-leash area. The beach is a great location for a swim. There is plenty of green space and the path and cycleway that leads to the Stockton ferry wharf goes through this park. There is a carpark located at the north of the park and also at the Stockton public pool. Shelter with tables and bins. Within the Newcastle council area dogs are only permitted off leash between sunrise and sunset.
