Shoalhaven Head Beach 200m north of the Surf Club building (eastern end of McIntosh Street) to the public access way through the Shoalhaven Heads Golf Course (just south of the club house off Staples Street) is off-leash 24 hours. This stretch is 180m long. Next to the Shoalhaven Heads Surf Lifesaving Club is a reserve with playground, BBQs, plenty of seating and a toilet block.
