Watt Park boasts spectacular harbour and cityscape views with a playground, picnic tables, pathways, toilets (located through the railway arch in Quibaree Park) and bins. Dogs are welcome off leash but are not permitted within 10 metres of the playground. A special feature for dogs is a small sandy beach on the harbour which has calm water and is perfect for a splash or swim. on-street parking is very difficult to find.
