Silver Beach Dog Off Leash Area
312 Prince Charles Parade,
Kurnell NSW,
2231
The beach, which is located on the calm and protected side of Botany Bay, has clean shallow water and is usually flat and waveless which makes it a fantastic place for dogs who love to splash and swim in the water. Near to the beach is a playground, toilets, car parking, shower/water station that you can fill up your water bottle (no dog drinking fountains though) and a huge grassy area.
Dogs are allowed off-leash at all times between the third and fourth rock groynes at the western end of Silver Beach, next to the Bonna Point Reserve car park and to the right of the Bonna Point Boat Ramp. Dogs are prohibited elsewhere on Silver Beach. Signs at the entrances to the off-leash beach confirm the location. Note that this beach can also be known as Kurnell Beach.
