Emerald Beach is a quieter and picturesque beach just 20 km north of Coffs Harbour. The beach is popular with families and for surfing and swimming. Emerald Beach is patrolled by Lifeguards during part of the Christmas holidays. While dogs are not allowed on the southern end of Emerald Beach, you can walk your dogs off leash north of Fiddamans Creek.
