Dogs are permitted off-leash 24 hours a day. The dog off-leash area includes access to the adjacent tidal sand flats. This is one of the best places in Sydney to experience a unique beach outing.
Facilities in the reserve include public toilets (located in the carpark), seating, water tap, doggy bag dispenser and bins. Dog washing services are generally available on the weekends. The location is also known as Bayview Dog Beach.
Apart from the one hour parking places near the reserve, parking costs can mount rapidly.
