Rutter Park contains an open lawn area, picnic and barbecue facilities, play spaces including a flying fox and nature play area, drinking fountain, shelter and toilets. The Wembley Community Centre is next to Rutter Park, and the Wembley Primary School at the Cambridge Street end of the street.
It is a dog exercise area with on leash time restrictions between 8am and 6pm.
