Lights Beach has both on-lead and off-lead dog exercise areas. The beach reserve has a carpark and toilet facilities. Dogs are prohibited from entering the Lights Beach National Park side of Lights Beach at all times (this is west of the carpark) but can be off-leash on the beach east of the carpark.
