A lovely area next to the river which is a dog off leash area at all times and has bins and doggy bags. The area in the vicinity has a swimming beach, toilets and picnic tables. The off-leash area extends from the boundary of the Sailing Club westwards for 150 metres bounded by Millington Road. The park is next to Lake Kununurra on the Ord River. Lake Kununurra is a 'crocodile controlled zone' and you will find all the information on a sign at the car park. Saltwater crocodiles are relocated leaving fresh water crocodiles in the water.
