On the Ocean side of Dawesville there are three sections of dog off-leash beach.
A 2.2km stretch from south west of Pyramids Beach carpark, Port Bouvard to the northern end of Hunter Street carpark, Florida/Dawesville, where there are toilets.
A 0.8km section from the beach access path opposite 8 and 9 Florida Parade south to Edwards Street, Melros
A 1.8km stretch from the beach access path adjacent to 18 Oceanic Drive, Melros south to the southern boundary of the council district of Mandurah.
