A large grassy area with a single tree in the middle and a row of trees beside a road which leads to the Glen Waverley Public Golf Course on the eastern side. The south edge runs along Waverley Road and the remaining border tends to be the fences of neighbouring houses. There is Halycon Centre to the north where there isn't a fence.
There is a water tap with bowl but no bins. There is a very limited parking area and parking beside the road to the golf course is not allowed.
