The southern part of the reserve is taken up by a large grassy area with a cricket pitch which is used by Seaford Little Athletics and immediately to the north is a grassy field with rugby posts used by Southern District Rugby Club.
In the south-east corner is a building with some lovely murals on the walls.
A clubhouse is beside these fields where a bin and water tap are located. Just to the north of the clubhouse is a fairly basic fenced playground and the area north of here is for the dogs - there are large grassy areas dotted with some trees bisected by a gravel road.
