The park wraps around the Nunawading Tennis Club courts in an L shape which is 120m long and 40m wide. There is a decent playground which is at the far north east end and out of the way.

The fairly narrow strip of grass is bordered by a row of trees on the side. There are a couple of shaded seats and bin. A nice touch at the end of Nicoll Street is that people have put containers of water, containers of tennis balls, ball throwers and other things for dogs on the fence which dog owners can borrow. The best access is via the carpark next to the tennis courts.
