There is an oval in a depression with a concrete path around the perimeter. Around the reserve in different spots there is a pavilion, playground, tennis courts (home of Tally Ho Tennis Club) and cricket nets.
There is a bin near the pavilion but no water tap, although people have left bowls out in a few places (bring along some water and replenish the supply in the bowls). To the south of the oval is a grassy area with pine trees. The reserve is popular with dog owners. With the lack of water it must also be immensely popular with local camel owners also.
