A huge area which has some drains cutting through (which is excusable since it is a water retarding basin). There are some paths on the sides and in the middle is a football / cricket ground which is partly surrounded on a line of reeds. The water in the area attracts a lot of bird life.
There are a number of unshaded seats around the perimeter. The area doesn't have any water taps, which is not a problem for dogs which enjoy drinking dirty drain water, but does have a bin in the south west corner.
