There is an oval which is fenced for most of its perimeter to stop cricket balls ending up in the Plenty River. Apart from the oval there is almost no other grassy area in the reserve. The oval has a pavilion where there are bins and a water tap with bowl. The Plenty River Trail runs beside the oval.
