The Mansfield Botanic Park, apart from the playground area (dogs must be on-leash when within 50 metres of the playground) is a dog off leash area.
There is a large grassy oval at the eastern end and also many grassy areas to enjoy.
There is a water tap, bins and toilets, as well as picnic facilities.
