The Island Dog Off Leash Area

The Island is a lovely place where the Jamieson River meets the Goulburn River. There is a dirt road lined with gum trees, big grassy area and there are even fruit trees planted in the 1860's by Dr Nash still remaining.

No facilities such as water taps or rubbish bins.

There is an a parking area on the west side of the Jamieson River across Foots bridge.
