Hampton Beach is a 900 m long beach with a promenade running along the beach with seats at regular intervals.
There is free parking in the streets in this area which is typically 1P or 2P. There is ticketed parking along Beach Road from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. There is no standing from 6am to 10am on the weekend to provide access for cyclists.
At the south end at the top of the cliff is a grassy area with unshaded tables.

Winter Season (1st Apr - 31st Oct)
Dogs are permitted off leash on sand only at all times
Summer Season (1st Nov - 31st Mar)
Dogs are prohibited at all times
At Sandringham Harbour, to the south, dogs are permitted off leash 24 hours all year round.
