Whites Lane Retarding Basin Dog Off Leash Area

The dog off leash area extends from Watsons Road all the way to View Mount Road. In the middle of this area is the fenced off Whites Lane Tennis Club, car park and a scout building. On the west side is a banked rectangular retarding basin 140m long and 70m wide. To the east is a grassy area with some bushy trees and a concrete path which winds up the gentle hill to View Mount Road. There isn't a water tap or bin in this whole area.
