Tirhatuan Park Fenced Dog Park

The fenced dog park is on the north side of Kriegel Way.

Outside the fenced area is an on-leash area. Close by is a nice playground, outdoor gym equipment, picnic tables, BBQs and toilets.

There are two gates - one in the south east corner where there is also a water tap with bowl, bin and seat plus another gate in the south west corner with a bin.

The area is quite large (around 160m and 60m wide) and is dotted with large trees. The area is grassy and has not been worn down to dirt in many places. People have placed water containers around the area to provide drinking opportunities for the dogs. There is a shelter with a table in one corner. There are plenty of dogs to interact with here.

Update: A small dog area has been added. It is a grassy area with lots of trees. There's a shelter with table and unshaded seat, water tap with bowl and bin near the entrance. The area has double gates.
