O'Connell Reserve is a dog off leash area. O'Connell Reserve is a picturesque green space adjoining the Yarra River. The reserve also provides access to the Main Yarra Trail and the Yarra River, including mooring for small boats at Richmond Landing. Dogs may be exercised off-leash before 9am and after 5pm.
