There is an unfenced oval in the reserve which is an on-leash area. In a general south-easterly direction surrounding the wetlands area and along the Mordialloc Creek is the off-leash area. There are a few small grassy areas dotted with trees, a gravel road and also a wetlands area which has lots of tall reeds which could be a snake area in summer. The northern side of the oval has a pavilion and bins.
