Beach
This area is a free-run beach with no fencing, spanning approximately 520m of beach foreshore. Ocean access is available for dogs to swim, however crocodile caution is strongly advised. The area is tidally influenced and space for dog activities is best at low tide. Please be mindful of others users of the beach, as this site is also a popular fishing location. The off leash area is beach side between Archer Street and Boundary Street.
Note: This site is owned by the Port of Townsville and Townsville City Council is not responsible for the infrastructure at this facility.
