Dogs may be exercised off-leash on the beach area on sand and water only, along the Flinders Parade beach between the beach access stairs and the northern rock groyne.
Owners are required to maintain effective control of their dogs while off leash. Dogs are to be on a leash at all times on the grassed areas, footpath, car park and the beach area south of the steps (towards the boat ramp).
