Avenue Park has a fenced playground, shelters with picnic and barbecue facilities and a timber boardwalk that takes you for an adventure around the lake. The medium sized fenced off leash dog park is located on the eastern (golf course) side. The dog park has water, doggy bag dispenser and a bin but needs more shaded seating.
