The Glen Dog Off Leash Area

The Glen is an off leash area at all times. There is a large paddock adjacent to the New England Highway just coming into Uralla from Armidale on the left hand side. You can access it by taking the first left turn after the bridge then another sharp turn left and then take the next left turn on a dirt road. The area is fenced along the highway and has some swimming holes for dogs. The reserve is transected by Rocky Creek and is home to a series of large sculptural artworks called 'Constellations of the South'. At the Glen there is a car park, BBQ, picnic table and bin. The Glen is located adjacent to the Rotary Park (about 200m away), which features picnic facilities, BBQ area, and toilets.
