The reserve features a short walking track that winds through the natural landscape, with Mathews Creek running through the area. The off-leash area is located behind the public picnic area of the Reserve in the northern corner. There is a table and bins. To get to the reserve take the unnamed road branching off Oaks Road just west of Matthews Creek.
