Narrawallee Beach between the unnamed island (in line with the intersection of Parkinson Street and Matron Porter Drive) and the Matron Porter Drive beach access track during
the following times:
- Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time - off leash from 4pm - 8am
- Australian Eastern Standard Time - off leash from 3pm - 10am. There is a car park at the Matron Porter Drive Reserve with a track leading down to the southern end of the dog off leash area. The reserve has a playground, plenty of tables and seats spread amongst the trees, BBQs and toilets.
