Dixon Park Reserve Park is a dog off leash area from sunrise to 9am and from 5pm to sunset. The park has a fully fenced playground, shelter with table, BBQs, toilets and bin. The off leash area does not include the beach. Within the Newcastle council area dogs are only permitted off leash between sunrise and sunset.
