The fenced lower sports oval at Katoomba Falls Reserve is an off-leash area at all times unless it is being used for organised sports. The oval can get muddy after rain. The reserve has a range of facilities including a playground, BBQs, toilets, BBQs, bins and free parking. The reserve is near one of the most scenic spots in the Blue Mountains.
