The 2.4km long Iluka Beach off-leash area is north of the 4WD access and car park at the southern end of Queen Street, where there is a toilet with shower, water tap and bins, northwards along the beach to Iluka bluff. Iluka Nature Reserve is behind the beach and dogs are prohibited from this area.
