Pioneer Park is situated on Fry Street between Turf Street and Alice Street. The dog off-leash area can be utilized for training of obedience routines, agility and exercising your dogs. Please also refer to all local sign posting. Surrounds of Pioneer Park are classed as an on-leash area unless prohibited signs are displayed.
Pioneer Park holds historical significance being the site of the first Lutheran cemetery in Grafton. One original headstone remains. There is commemorative information signage, a sensory garden, rotunda, picnic tables and planted arbour that forms a green roof over the gravesites.
