Not fenced but a very private area separated from sporting fields by a bridge and adjacent to very quiet cul-de-sac street with very little traffic. There are shady areas and bush most of the way around. Ironbark Creek runs around the edge of the off-leash area. Limited facilities but there are bins. Within the Newcastle council area dogs are only permitted off leash between sunrise and sunset.
