The north end of Hugh Bamford Reserve is a dog off leash area at all times. Hugh Bamford Reserve is a large, grassed area bordered by steep sea cliffs to the east and Military Road to the west. The reserve features a half size playing field, grassed amphitheatre and lookout with spectacular views south towards Bondi and onto Malabar Headland and west toward the city and harbour. There is a water tap and seating. Small on-site car park plus limited street parking nearby. There is very limited shade and no toilets.
