Steyne Park Dog Off Leash Area

The northern unfenced strip of Steyne Park between the seawall and footpath is a dog off leash area at all times (except during organised sailing events). You can take your dog onto the Steyne Park playing fields, but they need to be on a leash. Dogs are not allowed on Double Bay Beach. Located on the foreshore of Double Bay, the park caters for sports such as hockey and cricket. The northern end of the park is used for sailboat rigging on weekends. There is a fenced playground, shelter, picnic tables, toilets, doggy bag dispenser and bins. There is time-limited street parking is available on surrounding streets.
