The 420m long southern part of Bellambi Beach, known as Bellambi Boat Harbour Beach, located between the Bellambi Rock Pool and the Bellambi Boat Ramp, is a dog off leash area at all times. The protected beach has a thin sandy strip and rocky sections. There is a lot of carpark space beside the beach. However the beach is very close to the extensive carpark and road which makes it unsuitable for dogs who might wander off the beach. There is a playground, unshaded picnic table and toilets at Bellambi Park, beside the rock pool.
